Tracking information is available for most orders once they have shipped from our Florida headquarters. Please note, however, that some orders with Economy service, or which were shipped from an alternative location, may not have tracking information displayed. Please rest assured that that does not indicate any sort of problem with your order.
Please also bear in mind that while most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, some items may require printing on demand or other preparation, so occasionally you may see an order displaying a status of "being prepared" for more than 24 hours
